Guide your experience in Hakata.

Kawabata Shopping Arcade is the first shopping arcade in Hakata that has more than 130 years of history. It is 400 meters long from the back of Kushida Shrine, the main guard of Hakata, to Nakasu Kawabata Station on the subway, and has a traffic volume of more than 10,000 people a day, combining more than 130 well-established stores and new stores such as Hakata dolls and Hakata famous confections. A lively shopping arcade. This shopping arcade will launch a service that will be more convenient for foreign tourists visiting Fukuoka and Hakata in February 2018. Among them, I created a guide map with information on the mall in English, Korean, Traditional and Simplified characters, and a signboard and poster to be set up inside the arcade.

The entrance of Arcade = Entrance of experience in Hakata.

The “Visual Entrance of Kawabata Shopping Arcade” viewed from the Meiji-Dori side was created as a main visual illustration, and the tool itself hoped to become an “entrance to experience Hakata” for foreign tourists. The main color is “blue”, which has a strong Hakata impression, such as the Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival’s coat.
